  Dr. J. Larry Troxell, 66, of Clinton, Iowa, died Monday, April 16, 2007, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. He started the 5 Points Clinic in Davenport, Iowa; he also was an instructor at Palmer College for five years, as the head of the Technique Department, and later worked with his wife at Clinton Back & Neck Care Center in Clinton. Dr. Troxell started the Troxell Intern Program to mentor young chiropractic students and doctors in the Gonstead Method. He is survived by his wife, Dr. Pamela le Roux-Troxell, of Clinton; three sons, Jay (Chandra) Troxell, of Bellingham, Washington, Jon (Miryeha) Troxell, of Kihei, Hawaii, and Travis Troxell, of Clinton, Iowa; three daughters, Taylor and Taryn Troxell, at home, and Tina Troxell, of Davenport, Iowa; one stepson, Sean le Roux, of Kihei, Hawaii; one stepdaughter, Dr. Aimee (Mike) Hamilton, of Green Bay, Wisconsin; his mother, Eva Troxell, of Louisburg, Pennsylvania; one brother, Dr. Wayne (Wanda) Troxell, of Winfield, Pennsylvania; three grandchildren, Isabella, KJ, and Kaitlyn; and several nieces and nephews. The family requests that memorials be made to: "Troxell Trust Fund".
